App concept - loved ones

Hey Fellow designers,

Here is a quick peek of an app concept I'm currently working on. Through research, I've discovered that relatives of cancer patients are barely represented in the care process, but they want to support their loved ones to the best of their ability.

But how can they support their loved ones if they themselves need help? That question is what I'm currently designing for.
