Ocean State Classic

For the annual gymnastics competition held by Ocean State School of Gymnastics in 2019, I was able to create a brand new logo using inspiration and ideas from previous logos created. The core setup of this logo was taken from a prior year but I made an alteration to the “i” in Classic. By changing it to a lighthouse, I reference the Ocean State nickname of Rhode Island as well as the company’s name. The shining light coming from the lighthouse has 2019 within the beam.Colors were chosen by individuals who work at the company and was later approved by the owners. The finished logo appeared on banners previously used design-wise in addition to t-shirts and sweatpants.
