I've illustrated the key findings from an in-depth ethnographic study of the BBC Children's audience. Hoping to bring our personas to life a bit, using these for an at-a-glance breakdown. Here's Zoe, she's just turned 11 and is confident with all technology, and keeps in touch with friends via social apps.
