👾 The Problem

The problem is focused on investigating user needs and collecting more insights that will use to create and update features to the Blackboard Learn mbile application. The changes must be able to add value that may help Blackboard gain more clients and also satisfy the needs of its existing customers.

The goal 🥅

Blackboard is changing the way it presents itself to the world. With a fresh take on their design, I approached this redesign with the goal of upholding the brand's identity throughout the entire experience. The goal was to present Blackboard Learn in a modern, yet human way to feel more connected and accessible to audiences of different lifestyles while implementing the design using modern frontend frameworks.

Not only did I want to reach Blackboard's current and future audiences in a more meaningful way through relatability, but additionally structure the app in a way that allows users to more effectively enjoy learning by utilizing added the application and its features.
