Service Design Project for Aust Post X Uber app UI Design.

👾The problem.

Australia Post are inconsistent with their services, the brand also has a communication problem. 1 in 10 Australians has a story about his/her terrible experience with the brand.

Project goal🥅

A collaboration between Australia Post and Uber, this partnership aims to create more jobs, more open communication line between both brands and customers, and finally create more time for the brand to focus on other aspects of the business.

Not only did I want to reach Blackboard's current and future audiences in a more meaningful way through relatability, but additionally structure the app in a way that allows users to more effectively enjoy learning by utilizing added the application and its features.
