a portal for teachers

This is the first comp I delivered for a new system being developed to give public school teachers a place to interact and share knowledge. This design was rejected pretty quickly and we moved in a different direction, but there's something about it I still like.

I don't feel this would sit well in a browser window, with the depth and all, but I like the way the links are presented, as easy to understand verbs in a list that you can't miss.

Inspired by the interface design in Spike Jonze's Her.
