Truhoma - Charity Web app
The Client
Truhoma is a decentralized platform for donation collection. Through Truhoma, donors, aid recipients, charities, and private businesses can help individuals and families in need by donating care packages that contain food and hygiene products.
Truhoma is a non-profit organization on a mission to revolutionize the world of philanthropy by making it transparent, efficient, traceable, scalable, eligible and free availability.
The Challenge
Truhoma needed a trustworthy brand, design language, and a Web application built on blockchain technology to ensure that each donation could be fully transparent. In addition, much emphasis was placed on whether the end-user will be able to use the digital platform. Therefore, it was necessary to put the user at the centre of the process, even though the ultimate solution is to move the boundaries of philanthropy through innovation.
The Solution
We ran the 5-day Design Sprint process. This one brought business stakeholders and innovators to the table to agree on a core problem, identify a possible solution and rapidly deploy a prototype. Then, we tested a prototype with a small pool of real-world customers and quickly learned what worked and, more importantly, what did not work. As a result, we uncover potential ideas in a matter of days that would otherwise take 4-5 months of product development.
We designed a multi-purpose platform for different stakeholders (donors, donees, charities) with their tailored customer journey. We aimed to convey their personality through visuals - that's why we created a clean, human yet straightforward, and ownable identity.
The Result
After four weeks of collaboration, we successfully launched the new Truhoma brand and Minimum Viable Product. We're proud to be part of Truhoma's journey and working closely with founder Ana Lukner Roljic to build new ways people help each other. Truhoma team had a strong vision from the very beginning and it was easy to navigate through the project.
