Dash Interaction: Dashboard

Some interaction for guide the developer and client

- When the user tab on the graph, the overlay will appear to show the comparison between funded and unfunded value - Also the time will adjust (could be month, day) - The overlay on the top will be gone if the user idle for 2-3 seconds (no touch on screen) - Using the space for displaying big numbers, since the audience is 35+ yrs old
