About this film

Brutalism is an architectural style that emerged in the mid-twentieth century, characterised by angular utilitarian materials — namely raw concrete. Some love it, others hate it. Despite a renewed popularity in recent years, sadly many Brutalist buildings face the threat of demolition.

Shot amidst the bleakness of the pandemic, this film explores the beauty in these towering giants and their interesting geometry. My first short and I'm no expert in Brutalism, so please be gentle.
