Trip Communication

Context:

  • With some devices and in some situations, our users do not be able to see the bus moving on the map, and they do not know where the bus is. And as a result of this case, they start calling the captain, which makes the captain receive many calls.

  • In case users book a ride before the starting time, they can not call the captain, and there is no alternative communication to keep users informed about the status of their booking.

Problem Statment:

  • How might we make our users able to follow their trip if the tracking does not work to decrease missed rids and reduce complaining customer tickets?

Design Constraints:

  • Minimal changes as possible.

  • Time & Eng effort Constraints.

Metrics to Improve:

  • Missed Booking

  • Customer support ticket
