Indian Pattern Elephant

Starting to play around with some paint for the first time, making gifts for my friends and family. Enjoying the new medium and the process of creating something just to look at and enjoy.

I made so many mistake on this, i almost stopped. I realized though that it's the imperfections that make pieces like this beautiful. There is something very comforting about a little misalignment and smudged lines. It's as if, it gives the viewer permission to relax and just be themselves. It invites them into the process of creation to experience it with you.
