Patient Portal App
Displayed is the patient portal companion application to the physician portal application I've been designing.
In this particular dashboard, you're able to view all related activity with your health providers as they input it within the system as well as access some 3rd party info as it relates.
I've attached retina screens for medications, flyout, and the dashboard :)
