Modern Restaurant App
I conducted interviews and created empathy maps to understand the users, I'm designing for and their needs.
A primary user group identified through research was It workers and business owners, who want to visit restaurant at lunch for business meetings or order at the office.
I mapped user journey to see new pain points and identifies improvement opportunities.
Relying on the main persona and his journey map i define a user pain points and problem statement. And then formulate a goal statement.
Then I make user flow of a Delicate restaurant app based on the user's journey map and goal statement of app.
Taking the time to draft iterations of each screen of the app on paper, ensured that the elements that made it to digital wireframes would be well-suited to address user pain points. For the home screen I prioritized a quick and easy ordering process to help users save time while ordering lunch.
Then I make digital wireframes, choose a colors and typography for my app and create a mock-ups.
