Taste Notes (2)

Another interesting perspective from doing this project is that developing all of these "Notes" that appear on those beans, where I watched the baristas do the cupping and jot down what notes appear on their palettes. It is also interesting to know that not all of coffee-based project were to deliver a very complex design, just because the world of coffees, trained palettes, taste notes and all of that things often related to proper-learning and courses, sometimes by making a work that is good-looking, able to communicate what happens on the baristas. It is all what they need
