Tele consult application.

Doctor and Patient have their own interface to login [Depending on the needs you think relevant, for both parties]
Patient should be able to see the list of doctors and set an appointment with the doctor in an available slot.
He should also be able to make a payment via Credit Card.
Doctor will start the tele consult process with the patient at designated time.
Patient needs to wait in the waiting room before doctor admits him to consultation room.
Final mock-up should doctor and patient in consultation with doctor being able to write in the notes via Chat window for the patient.
