Redesigned Header2

A quick rebound with some changes as suggested on the original.

Namely, making the MrQwest slightly darker and more prominent over the nav. Probably because the nav (using the excellent Steelfish) is quite compact, it seems a lot heavier and takes a lot more focus.

With that in mind, I've struggled to get the strength of the nav *right*. It either feels too heavy (and thus not communicating heirachy) or seems to subtle and thus not getting the communication it needs.

Catch 22 or is it me?
