2015 - Student Advisory Center - Kalbis Institute

The Student Advisory Center is a system to help counselors access student information to provide assistance and services for students in both academic and non-academic. The counselor can provide service programs in Counseling, Mentoring, and Disability Services.

The program was intended for students who are disturbed in their learning activities. In that case, the counselor can assist them in finding solutions and observing the student's improvement to help them focus on learning and optimize their competencies 🏆.

I made this UI system from scratch, and I studied how the offline session conducts, crafts the user journey, and creates user flow. The main focus of this system is searching for student data and documentation in the form of reports 📝. There is a lot of information in tables and forms. The UI looks dull 🥴, but it follows the standard of the academic system.
