Prosper EX is an employee wellbeing provider for companies in Asia-Pacific. Based out of Australia, their offering is aimed at improving poor workforce support and benefits, first identified in the construction industry.

As part of this service Absurd built a self-serve application that could be used by employers and employees on a daily basis. Among its many features, the platform allows employees to be rewarded, and the company they work for can gain invaluable feedback from engagement.

This screen shows the management dashboard view of the application, allowing employers and HR managers to review all aspects of their employees' data, highlighting trends, problem areas, and enabling the quick export and integration with their other business workflows.
