Next Generation Electrics

I've design this for a client who is hoping to have embroidered onto various work apparel for his team. Any feedback or critique on this design? I'm concerned about the lower case "Electrics". I've read it is best to go bold and uppercase but my client is hesitant. 1. Is the kerning sufficient? 2. What design principles should i consider when designing for embroidery?
