Mobile App for one the most recognizable landmarks in the world
Challenge
Choose the main direction for the mobile application analyzing 3 paradigms: location oriented, content oriented and experience oriented.
Goal
Improve digital experience and add new features to the existing mobile app to provide a complementary digital experience to the newly remodeled space that will help visitors discover, interact, save, and share the different experiences available during their Space Needle visit.
Solution
We emphasized the main experiences that visitors can get in Space Needle giving an ability to launch experiences using a mobile app instead of a paper ticket. All user’s photos and videos are now available in a few seconds in the application gallery without the necessity to wait in line to get them from a kiosk.
