CareIt - Healthcare Application

Hi everyone,

CareIt is a health care application where users can fill the form and get medicine, consult doctors, submit their lab reports as well as track their daily health reports.

The first screen shows that users will get notifications when they miss their daily routine tablets.

The second screen shows the home page where we can access various services.

The third screen shows that users can fill out the form of their health history as well they can also upload the prescription of the last doctor visit.

The fourth screen shows the tracking of their daily health routine.

The fifth screen shows the medication based on the form filled by the user.

I have tried to solve the issue of users getting their vitamin supplement list based on the form they fill, with that tracking their health report will also remind them about their health goals and timely checkup.

I have also included the healthy food alternative to that medicine and the reason for recommending those medicine.
