User Journey Mapping + Sitemapping (E-commerce Stores)

In an attempt to present the best practice buyer journey I was asked to present to my client the sitemaps for six major service based platforms.

The platforms were of the following industries:

• Hotel and Travel

• Education & Developement

• Food

• Water Transport

• Health and Medical

• E-commerce and Retail

Upon liking my detail-orientedness the client then even asked me to map out the user buyer journeys for the major usecases in all the platforms.

All in the efforts to figure out patterns for a good buyer journey.
