I explored a user profile with a habit of shopping for consumer items for the home and who uses Prime Video, facilitating the crossing of information in order to maximize the presentation of new products.
Strategy
Present products that are more relevant and consistent with their profile, reducing cognitive effort;
Contextualize products from different categories, increasing the possibility of purchase;
Explore the design of Amazon devices, maximizing the Prime ecosystem;
Use Alexa as a search assistant for users who are in doubt about what to buy, reducing research time and facilitating the identification of better opportunities;
