Well, we wish we could hire them all. But, we set a high bar for design expertise because of the complexity of our projects. 

Only 1% of individuals get an offer out of 100% applied.  

The designers fall off on the testing stage not because they are incompetent. Nope. They simply do not match the requirements for crazy complex projects in Lazarev. 

We decided to create this profile, publish the results of the tests and allow you and them to match.
