Reportix • Critical Incident Reporting System Application

Reportix is a Critical Incident Reporting System (CIRS) required in hospitals, social institutions, as well as in aviation safety to record critical incidents and near misses and to identify corrective actions. Reports are to be made by employees anonymously and without sanction. The goal is that such events can be avoided in the future and patient safety, or flight safety, is optimized.

The challenge in the implementation was to design a tool that takes into account the different requirements of the federal government, hospitals and social institutions as well as their sizes. A solution that is easily adapted to the individual requirements is therefore important. On the other hand, it is essential to offer a tool that is clear and intuitive to use in order to enable speedy work.        

Reportix provides all the functions and workflows necessary for the successful use of a CIRS. Right on startup, the dashboard provides the processor with an overview of incidents, comments and initiated measures. Actions on the bar are available with one click, which boosts workflow. The recording of messages is also kept very simple. 

In contrast to the use case shown, Reportix is also offered as a colour-neutral variant.
