Terramar's Samish Gose Draft Retrospective

Here's a full collection of all the unused design concepts I put together for a recent client packaging project. The original brief was for a 750ml bottle but I've also done some experimenting to see how these designs would translate to 16oz cans as well.

This concept was centered around watercolor styled painterly renderings of giant kelp (sp. Macrocystis pyrifera). Illustration work was done in both Procreate and Adobe Photoshop. Layout work was finished up in Adobe Illustrator.

This concept incorporated illustrated imagery of fishing boat rigging, lanterns, buoys, and fishing nets. Illustration work was done in both Procreate and Adobe Photoshop. Layout work was finished up in Adobe Illustrator.

Dipping back into aquatic plantlife, this direction was centered around an illustration of an underwater forest of bull kelp (sp. Nereocystis luetkeana). Illustration work was done in both Procreate and Adobe Photoshop. Layout work was finished up in Adobe Illustrator.
