Cedar Hills Apartments - Branding & Identity

A total branding and identity overhaul for the lovely folks at Cedar Hills Apartments down in Portland, OR. 

The BT Creative team did a deep dive into Cedar Hill’s location, demographic, local community, and just about every other detail you can think of to create a brand that builds on and represents their own unique story…their own unique story that just happens to center around a charming 10ft tall gnome.

We couldn’t ignore the gnome even if we wanted to, so we leaned in to their mascot and built a brand that they could truly call their own.

To be as unique as their story we hand-illustrated their beloved gnome (just a few sizes smaller), and chose a color palette that matches the charm, cheer and magic feeling of Cedar Hills.
