Public Safety Foundation Panel 2

The idea behind the creation of this panel is that once the quarter drops into the piggy bank, it will animate to tilt back and forth, and the stars will then appear. The stars fade in and out/resize, so they appear to be twinkling. To see this design in full effect, make sure to visit the site!
