We are hiring for a Graphic Designer

This position necessitates the person to be skilful and creative in his/her rendition of thoughts. He/she should be able to orchestrate all art direction and graphic design requirements and ensure a high quality product for our client. The candidate needs to have a hawk eye over all projects needs, ranging from conceptualization, designing to production, and shall ensure that the final product is taken to the finish line with an unmatched finesse.

The person also has to work in close collaboration with the marketing team on all creative projects. Maintaining the company’s brand identity and standard will be of constant pursuit, because here quality is a non-negotiable currency as we unfailingly churn out work that is of the highest standard.

Designing is a holistic endeavour. Interaction with the copywriter to develop creative concepts, collaboration with the marketing coordinator to ensure that all projects are on track and facilitating the final execution are some of the other building blocks that completes this role.

The ability to dive deep into the brief shared by the client and craft ways that best represents that while being mindful of the budget are the other features this position requires attention to. Adhering to timelines, advising stakeholders on all technical and visual recommendations, Interface with the printers and various external vendors complete the last mile of the function.

Skill:

The person needs to be unabashedly passionate. Designing is concept based and ideas don’t need four walls to thrive. However, they need a framework to survive-- a sound knowledge and understanding of consumer behaviour and market dynamics of the retail industry along with flair in communication skill (verbal and presentation) shall provide him with the necessary tricks for magic.

Efficiency is a virtue as we work on multiple projects simultaneously. Problem solving skills and boldness to take decisions are the other assets to which we shall raise a toast. A professional with positive attitude carrying a strong work ethic and willingness to observe and learn will find his/her flock here.

Experience:

BFA or MFA in arts are some of the qualifications the person needs to complete along with exceptional design skills. However if one feels that the person has the capabilities to perform the above mentioned role without the required qualification, then we await your company.
