The next phase in our Averly journey was creating the Brand Strategy...
Strategist, Amy Meyer, started off by creating Averly’s persona - what she’s interested in, values, thinks about, and what words she likes to use. We gave her a personality just like a human.
Averly has a multi-faceted personality. She’s confident, curious, and patient. She’s an optimist. Where some see problems, she sees opportunities for improvement.
We also researched what our competitors were doing and who our target market should be in order to get Averly’s message across. Understanding our audience’s pains and gains deeply impacts how we communicate.
