Logo concept for xrecruit pt.3 (updated)

Here is an updated version of last concept I have explored for xrecruit (modified name for aesthetics purpose of the shot), that provides recruiters a full software stack and back office support to run their recruitment agency more efficiently.

The concept represent X letter in perspective that reveal a hidden arrow in negative space.
