Smart Splint

The idea for this concept project is to use the advantages of the digital technology possibilities for helping doctors reduce the complications of wearing immobilization splints for their patients.

By implementing sensors and touch-sensitive technology, doctors would be able to see symptoms on a screen immediately. The design process took into consideration the future market where most analog products would be converted to digital, providing more opportunities and capabilities to the users.
