Houndstooth

One of my goals as an artist is to get to a place where I could see someone and say 'hey- I'm an artist- I love your style. May I draw you?' It's not an easy thing to do without sounding odd. This portrait was inspired by someone I saw walking down the street. I decided to draw their unique style from memory.
