smart organization (mobile app)

this app for employees daily use , it was built based on an old web system ,the organization used for many years, the challenge was to keep the same experience and, make it user friendly, consistent with business goals and user needs at the same time , to achieve it we had to listen to user and know what is the main functions that is frequently used and give it priority in the interface as shortcuts , what made user accomplish his tasks through minimal number of clicks within simple design concept
