Admin to create achievements
Since I've been working at Edstein for 3+ years, I have a lot of sections to talk about :)
Today I decided to show a piece of the admin interface for creating achievements within the LMS system.
Achievements in LMS are made for the gamification element, so that the company employees a little more willing to pass some course and get an achievement, for which you can then get a nice bonus.
But when you have 1,000+ employees, the achievements need to be automated and somehow configured. This is where our admin tool comes in. You can use it to create an achievement, set up a picture, a description, and the parameters you need for issuing it. For example, you can set up 10 courses assigned by the supervisor.
Another important feature is the auto-assignment or manual assignment feature, which enables managers to manually or automatically assign achievement points to their employees.
The list of achievements shows all the Achievements which HR-specialists have created for their employees - they can be changed, reset or deleted.
