Eastbay Sketch

So I'm an Eastbay customer for several years, and recently I was looking at their mail-order catalog thinking that I could do a better job with their logo. So I thought, "OK, I will."

This is just a self-initiated excercise, but if I'm really confident in the final result I'll send it to them as a pitch and see what happens.

This is my initial concept. But I'm looking for input because one thing is bugging me: I feel like this is exactly like another logo, but I just can't place my finger on it.

Can anyone tell me if my brain just ganked this concept right from some other obvious source? Thx.
