Charles Schwab: A refreshed internal compliance web application
Our team redesigned Charles Schwab’s internal compliance web app to help the enterprise remain competitive in the rapidly digitizing financial sector. We conducted an in-depth combination of user interviews and surveys of Charles Schwab’s employees and prospective clients, as both the Schwab and Codal teams heavily prioritized the end-user. We also attended a national compliance tech conference to demonstrate our prototype of a personal trading app, collecting feedback from heads of the compliance industry.
