State Claims Agency

The State Claims Agency resolves personal injury and third-party property damage claims against State Authorities, as delegated by Government. The State Claims Agency also provides related risk management services, advising and assisting State Authorities in seeking to reduce or prevent future incidents and claims.

The aim of the new website was to make it more user-friendly, easier to navigate, while ensuring that the most popular use cases were prioritised in terms of directing the user towards their desired destination in a seamless manner.

We also incorporated the new assets of the updated brand identity so that it was reflected consistently throughout the new site.
