3KEO is an experimental mobile website about Vietnamese folk games with three objectives:

— Introduce the games to young children, to preserve and promote Vietnamse heritage.

— Reconnect young adults with their often-forgotten roots.

— Reconnect adults with their childhood.

The site is split into two inter-connected routes: PLAY and IN-DEPTH.

The PLAY route recommends the best games for any number of players and takes you step-by-step through the gameplay.

With its experimental icons and map-like interfaces that inspire exploratory behaviors, this route is geared towards kids. It is also the user’s default point of entrance to the site.

The IN-DEPTH route is where extensive information on all available games are stored (i.e. genealogy, variations, etc.).

The route is meant for adults and thus is more organized. It also caters to nostalgia with the ‘Memories’ section, where users can submit personal anecdotes about the games.
