Beautiful maps

I always loved to look at maps. Especially the one from Eduard Imhof who lived in a town very close to my hometown. His work is up to this day, probably the most inspiring one to me, when it comes to maps.

I've been collecting a lot of map designs mostly in screenshot form over the years and have decided to make a tumblr blog out of it. It's nice to see the whole collection together, and I hope everyone of you find some inspiration in the great work of all these cartographers.
