Workspaces – Application Review Portal
Workspaces is a highly configurable and feature-rich business portal for banking staff, designed to support resolution and customer service activities related to account opening and onboarding directly in the account opening process.
Problem: The previous solution was designed with the database in mind and not the user. The two main problems were: 1. The inability to search, filter and sort to find the most urgent applications. 2. Users had to tab through multiple complex forms to find the information they needed to action a task.
Solution: A table format for applications with pre-configured “Views” to allow the user to quickly find the most urgent applications. A concise application summary with only the information required in a simple, clear, scannable user interface.
Impact: The new portal design has been a decisive factor in customers choosing Avoka for their on-boarding solutions. No longer an after-thought, the new solution is a key enabler for businesses to provide quick resolutions for their customers.
