Tolerance, or aerobics: Regular workout activity increases your breathing and heart rate. It helps keep your heart, lungs and circulatory system healthy and improves your overall fitness such as brisk walking, jogging, swimming and biking.

Strength, or resistance training: Exercise strengthens your muscles. Some examples are lifting weights and using a resistance band.

Balance: Exercise makes walking easier on uneven surfaces and helps prevent falls which improves your balance, so try to do exercises like chi or standing on one leg.

Flexibility: Regular exercise stretches your muscles and helps increase your physical fitness. Doing yoga and stretching can make you more flexible.
