The Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 has had a causal effect on the unprecedented rise in the use of bicycles and cycling within the UK and beyond. Studies have confirmed that cycling in the UK is up 300% on the previous year. Scotrail is a company that supports greener travel and wants to encourage people to combine cycle journeys and train journeys to travel. Scotrail is launching a 12 months campaign in order to encourage people combining bike + train travel

The lack of seamless mobile experience for Scotrail makes it harder for the brand to provide options to combine bike and train. My objective was to Research, strategise and improve the existing Scotrail mobile app experience to help the people in Scotland to combine bike + train travel.
