dashboard for clinicians or Hospitals

Hello guys, I had redesigned this dashboard for clinicians few days ago. the dashboard is designed for clinicians in order to manage there patients, also keep tab on activities, and also see how well their various patients are doing so as to help them make better decision as regards the well being of the patients.

I will really appreciate your feedbacks and comments as this would help me in making better decision when designing more for the Health sector.
