Rain — light mode, dark mode

Hey Dribbblers,

Here’s another look at our work with the team at Rain. 

Think of Rain as the Coinbase of the Middle East.

Rain’s color palette bucks the trend of typical trading platforms. Rather than being black or blue, the primary colors — Nightfall, Sand, and Sunglo — are a nod to the beautiful Middle Eastern skies. 

Rain’s gradient, in both light and dark mode, matches the movement of the sun.

The sun always sets in the West, so our “Nightfall” gradient is situated to the left of horizontal layouts.

The sun always rises in the East, so our “Sand” gradient is situated to the right of horizontal layouts.

We use the gradients sparingly and where appropriate to support the content and hold your gaze for unique moments e.g. the app splash screen or the area above the graph visually representing the possibilities ahead.
