User testing

After the main screens was developed in beta version, we aimed to testing the interface with users to understand possible issues with new UI.

If you are not testing with users - you’re wasting time.

We conducted 12 tasks for completing by users. The tasks was created based on main actions that users did in system. In addition, we monitored users remotely via screencast and webcam. The results of the testing was gathered in one document with all data, conclusion, and suggestions of solutions. Some report data presented in the second slide.
