As I wrote before it is a project for HR professionals. With the help of the service you can thank an employee or encourage him to work even better.
The employee can receive a full bonus to their wages, or a voucher for a gift from one of the company's partners.
Rewarding an employee can be done by filling out a form in a few steps. The manager or the HR department assess the employee's contribution to the company's development, achievement of a result, or exceeding of KPIs. After completing the application, an award category is selected and then this is published in a shared feed where the rest of the team can praise their colleague
