Spend Management Dashboard

Goal: Create a dashboard and automated reporting for our DSO (dental service organization) customers so that they have visibility to their spending and purchase of formulary products.

Activities:

• Interviewed stakeholders and customer relationship managers to understand what type of information a customer within a DSO wants to see.

• Collaborated with data teams to understand what data was available to display.

• Designed the data visualization and dashboard for the DSO customers.

• Provided input to frontend teams on data visualization libraries for implementation.

Results: Now the DSO customers are able to see how they are spending on the eCommerce website and plan for future formulary contracts.
