Creating social identity in N26 bank

Even if we are used to banks as a mere tool to manage or invest our money and not as a social platform, in these days, sharing the same bank with your relatives or friends also allows you to save time in a daily basis.

We ran a round of research for this and the sample interviewed were very clear at first: a bank is not social media. However it was amazing to see how when presented with simple things like having a personalised profile with the data of their choice the opinion of all of them changed their mind to really want this feature.

This project has been scoped to include simple things like being able to identify yourself with a profile picture all across the app and a shareable profile to pay and get paid. The good part is that we got tons of suggestions from our users to keep giving our app a more "sociable" approach to banking in the future 🌞
