Rare Natural Wine Label Design

In order to capture the essence of this wine, I started with the tasting notes. "Like walking in a warm honeydew melon patch. you stop near a row of beehives - you get lost in the activity of the moment and the smell of fresh honey."

The Gewurztraminer grapes are rather rare out here in California and I was not familiar with the flavor, so I did some research before turning to the production of the label. In the end, I paired a vibrant melon orange gradient with a soft pinkish rouge grape color. The contrast between the BAREBOTTLE and the surrounding grape vine is key to making this label pop!

On the left panel is the tasting notes alongside some fun and easy flavors. Honeycomb, cantaloupe, & peach. Beneath is the vital stats of this natural wine, its terroir so to speak.

On the right panel is the ethos of our key vintner and founder Lester Koga along with the required government text.
